Consequent upon the APC UK, Oyo State Caucus’ decision to usher in a new EXCO to pilot the affairs of the caucus, an election has been scheduled for 17/10/2020.
Please find below the rules for the conduct of the Congress:
All offices in the APC Constitution are open for all contestants.
They are:
- Chairman
- Deputy Chairman
- Secretary
- Asst Secretary.
- Publicity Secretary.
Asst. Publicity Secretary
- Financial Secretary
- Treasurer
- Women Leader
- Welfare Officer
- Legal Secretary
The election date is fixed for 17th October 2020. The time and venue of the election shall be communicated within one week of the election date.
3, Candidates for Elections
Qualified candidates who are interested in vying for any of the offices listed above should;
- Indicate their interest from by requesting for electoral form by sending email to:

- indicating on the form, name and the post they are vying for.
They must include their email address where the form should be sent to.
- The downloaded and completed form should be attached to the same email address given.
- Please note that this form is free of charge.
4, *Eligibility for Elections :
- To be able to vote and be voted for, you must be a functional and financial member whose dues are up to date and meet the dead line of September 7th 2020 as agreed at the last Congress meeting. *Request For Electoral Forms :
The request for electoral forms can be made from Monday the 28th of Sept 2020 and deadline for submission is Friday the 10th of Oct 2020.
Campaign can officially commence from the 28th September 2020
Conduct During Elections:
Members are advised to be civil and orderly during the elections. Non compliance with this may result in eviction from the election premises.
Election Process:
Elections shall be through secret ballot system, modalities will be announced on the Election Day.
