Osun state Joint Task Force has reportedly caused an auto crash, killing 4 men around Oke-Fia, Area of Osogbo.
It was reported that the van of the JTF was racing down a Camry with 4 male passengers when the car crashed killing one of the occupants and leaving 3 seriously injured.
As at the time of publication, roads have been blocked, onlookers threatened to burn down the van.
There has been no statement from the security agency.
