IPOB fixes Biafra referendum on presidential election day

The Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) says it will conduct a referendum for a sovereign state of Biafra on February 16. The Ekiti State election tribunal has dismissed the petition of the Peoples Democratic Party and its candidate in the Ekiti governorship election for lacking in merit.
