FG again extends NIN-SIM verification deadline to October 31

The Federal Government has extended the deadline for NIN-SIM data verification from July 26, 2021 to October 31, 2021. The Director, Public Affairs Nigerian Communications Commission, Ikechukwu Adinde; and the Head, Corporate Communications, Nigeria Identity Management Commission, Kayode Adegoke, made this known in a joint statement on Sunday, July 25. ASUU threatens fresh strike over IPPIS, others

The Academic Staff Union of Universities has threatened to resume the industrial action it suspended since December 2020 over the Federal Government’s alleged failure to honour many of the agreements it signed with the Union.
