The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has described the decision of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello to register in the ongoing voters registration as an action punishable under the law.
The commission, in a statement signed by her National Commissioner in charge of information and voters education, said Bello’s second registration has been deleted from her data base.
